This is a Part Time position available within our Crodyon Depot. The role of the Parts Administrator is to assist the Parts Department, processing a variety of information into an intergrated computer system, maintaining records to ensure operating efficiency including filing and organising.
The successful candidate will also verify invoices and credit control as well as cash and cheque reconciliation.
You will have good customer service and telephone skills as well as previous experience of administration or credit control (the ability to cost and invoice would be advantageous) within our industry. You must be computer literate with working knowlegde of Kerridge being an advantage.
You will be required as part of our busy Service Administration department, to process manufacturers warranty claims and retail service invoicing.
Experience within the Commercial Vehicle industry and working knowledge of Kerridge systems is essential.
The role of the Parts Person is to provide support to the Parts team in all aspects of the department but with a primary focus on counter and telephone sales.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of vehicle parts, be computer literate and have previous relevant experience. A good working knowledge of Kerridge systems would also be an advantage.
We are looking for additional Technicians to work on heavy and light commercial vehicles within our busy Service departments at both sites.
To have previously worked within our industry is essential and previous experience on DAF, LDV and Fiat commercials would be and advantage.
